3. Verification & Certification

All users must undergo verification before trading. Suppliers must provide valid sustainability certifications (ISCC, REDcert, Nabisy, or equivalent). We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation for verification
• Suspend accounts pending verification
• Revoke access for invalid or fraudulent certifications

4. Trading & Transactions

The platform facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. We do not:

• Act as a party to any transaction
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products
• Assume responsibility for delivery or payment
• Mediate disputes between trading partners

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and entering into contracts directly with trading partners.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent offers
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Impersonate other users or entities

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SustainTrade is not liable for:

• Losses arising from transactions between users
• Errors or omissions in product listings
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Loss of data or business opportunities

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the platform, you consent to such processing.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
